I need this to loosen a 1/4" square, where the sockets outer diameter must be <5/8". Will this kit work for that?

the reason that ratchet set was returned is because i could not put a socket on the wrench. What you must know that i have a impaired left hand that is why i could not get a socket on the wrench. all so know that i have a 3/8 wrench set of a different brand that works great for me, and has for many years now.
