Great taste but no scoop!!
Nice flavour, very similar to costa etc but I think it is nicer because it is not so sweet. I have tried the monim syrup chai but that is super sweet when you follow the directions and much more expensive than this (plus there are more servings in this tub too). Only thing I have marked it down on is that it tells you to use one scoop of powder (it does say 20g too) but I think, if you are using a scoop in the directions then really it should come with a scoop too!!!! (I am the same with wash powders etc too) but it is easy to make, blends well with the milk so no lumps and I am really pleased!!!

delicious! Won't go any where else first tried at a Costa shop but preferre this one my partner's says it's smells like stale breath😡 but I don't care I love it and recommend this to any one especially who's new to chai latte 🤗

A bit too sweet
Having had Chai Latte drinks in cafes I decided to buy this product. However it is too sweet for me, too much sugar.

Tastes like soap to me. Couldn’t return to Amazon but customer service very helpful
Rating updated from 1 to 3: I was very disappointed. I tried it twice but both times there was soap taste to it. I went to return it to Amazon but this product can’t be returned so I contacted Coffee World customer services directly. They asked that I return it (which I did) but they could find nothing wrong with it and apologised that it 'wasn't for you'. I received a full refund including postage so have upgraded the one star to a three.

Synthetic taste
I found the product to be unpalatable with a very synthetic taste and no natural flavours coming through.
