Lots of DHA
Most fish oil supplements do NOT have much DHA - an essential fat that actually helps. After much research I found this supplement that fits the bill and DOESN'T break the bank. Read up on DHA and give this product a try!

So Far So Good!!
So far these "Wild Caught Omega-3 DPA Fish Oil - 2900 mg with DPA, EPA & DHA" have been good. I have not had any problems so far taking them daily. No fishy oil smell burps, no allergic reactions, as yet. The proof will be in the pudding when I go get my blood work done in a few months to see it they have really helped.
