Black Tetron Hakama for Kendo, Iaido and Aikido

Nice, fit and strong for my training.

Have worn this Hakama for a few weeks now during Aikido training. Good fit and so far crisp pleats. Time will tell how well the pleats hold and overall Hakama durability. Initially the color does seem to bleed a bit on to the uniform (Gi) which is worn underneath. I am assuming this will stop after a while. Happy to have found this source for a replacement Hakama.

I purchased this product based on the description but that turned out to be a big mistake! I have had many Hakamas in the past and I can say with no doubt this is by far the worst I have ever bought. The material is thin and there is no way to hang it easily because there are no loops on the inside to do so. Also there is no plastic tab to help keep the rear panel up which is not a must but a nice touch. Be prepared when returning this item if you make the mistake in buying it in the first place. The company will charge you a restock fee if you don't return it in it's supper flimsy cellophane bag that is impossible to maintain.

IS PERFECT, BUT I THINK THAT THE BACK STRAP SHOUL BE A LITTLE LONGER

I am very disappointed with this hakama. I bought it in December and have had to order another one by the beginning of March. One of the pleats broke free from the waist attachment and a week later the entire crotch of the pants have ripped out. I have other students that I train with that have had their hakama for years. This hakama is NOT up to any kind of real training. It will not last.
