This is the shower that i have been dreaming of. It is perfect, the right size, easy to install and has perfect pressure.The hand held portion is perfect for reaching hard to reach places.Even my husband loves it. Don't be afraid of the low price.

The shower feels wonderful. It's luxurious.But it leaks. When my husband first installed it, several washers broke when the pipes were fastened together. My resourceful husband fixed most of those first problems. We ordered more washers and replaced them again. Ultimately, there is one drippy leak from the pipe to the rain shower head.We'll see how long this lasts.The price was great. If I hadn't seen the installation challenges, I'd say this was an awesome, excellent showerhead...that leaks.

We've had this shower head for a year and a half. Best overall thing we've purchased for our home. Just bought another for a new shower installation. We love to travel, but any other shower is a disappointment when we are so spoiled by this. I installed it myself easily, no leaks or drips ever. Its the perfect shower.

We were looking specifically for a "gentle" shower. Both my wife and I disliked the intense needle-like streams of water produced by our previous showerhead.Chose this one specifically because of the low flow rate (1.75gpm, lower than a lot of the other showerheads) and the broad head size for a wider distribution.We're very happy with the flow; it produces nice, soft, gentle streams. Our daughter didn't much care for it, because the gentler flow made it more challenging for her to wash and rinse her long thick hair, so she had to get used to using the handheld showerhead for the rinsing.The handheld head produces intense sprays, adjustable to several spray patterns, and also has a flow adjustment at the base of the head (so you can "pause" the flow while it's directed to the handheld).Unfortunately, the adhesive backing of the bracket to hold the handheld showerhead isn't that strong, and it has come unstuck repeatedly, causing the handheld head to clatter noisily into the tub.Eventually I took it off and applied some new heavy duty adhesive backing to the mounting bracket to ensure it won't come off.My two complaints are:1. The switch to direct the flow from the main head to the handheld is in an awkward location to reach, because the square shower head is rather in the way, especially for shorter people.2. After you finish a shower, the broad square head can retain a small layer of water inside it, so it's helpful to rotate the showerhead "up" and "diagonal" so that the corner is pointing down, and the water can run out the holes nearest the corner. But if you make a habit of this, remember to always rotate the showerhead clockwise. If you go counterclockwise enough times you may loosen the attachment of the head where it is screwed on to the extension arm.

Honestly a really easy install, I did it all on my own. My partner and I love the rain shower, very worth the buy.

The media could not be loaded. Looks good and is cheap price compared to other similar versions but you get what you pay for ordered twice first time installed and found leaking in between swivel joint/nut and 2 way adjustable valve body figured just faulty from factory ordered second kit and found the same concern still present. I thought maby the problem was how the rubber gasket was installed (if left as factory has gasket pre installed leaks alot more when installed) after trying a couple different combinations of o-rings and orientations was able to get it down to just a drip its almost like the weight of the shower head and added leverage of the extender cause to much flex at the jont and alow a pin hole leak i have the largest option shower head problem might not exist on the smaller options, purchase at your own risk

I am very pleased with this product, love the water pressure. And I even installed it myself. Highly recommend, this is a great shower head.
