Had our previous obelisk for many years and it needed to be replaced. This one is taking its place. My husband added tubing to the lower spikes into the ground so that it gained a little more height and shouldn't rot in the ground but this isn't necessarily required - just my husband's view! It is sturdy enough to take a climbing plant and once pushed into the earth, should be sturdy too. Pleased with my purchase.

I bought this to support a climbing rose. Needed a screw driver to put this together, which was quite straightforward. It looks lovely, even though it is not as solid or heavy as other obelisks I have in my garden. It looks lovely and I am very pleased with it.

Ordered 3. Very simple to assemble. Found the easiest way to build it was by starting with the top section first then laying it on its side on the floor and finish it off on a table. Lovely Obelisk will put mine into stone containers.

Looks great in the garden with a beautiful red climbing rose growing up it. Substantial & good looking, would recommend.
