Complaint Regarding Defective Product and Inadequate Customer Support
This food item was full of tiny insects, so I had to throw it away as there was no option to return it. It is also disappointing that Amazon has withdrawn phone support, even for Prime members. The absence of human customer interface makes the platform impersonal and reduces confidence in buying from it.

Really impressed with the quality and taste. I ordered the Jowar Rava and Ragi Rava, and both felt clean, fresh, and well made. They cook beautifully, have a great texture for upma, dosa, or cheela, and feel light on the stomach. Love that they’re gluten-free and rich in fiber, making them perfect for everyday meals.
