Q: Do you have to remove valves to install

You do not want to remove your original valve, this is an extender, you remove the protective cap, screw this adapter to the old valve stem, and replace the protective cap. You may loose a little pressure when you do this, as it opens the inside valve before you are finished tightening the adapter. It would not hurt to verify your correct pressure after they are installed. They must be tightened snugly as they are flying around at tire speed.

Q: is the valve stem extension , pacific dualies part no. 18099, compatable with a "TST model no. 507se" tire monitoring system ???

I bought them to use with a TPMS and have had no problems. They should be fine.
