Big pulls hard to swallow but a must have for cheat congestion. No taste. Will buy again. These viruses and colds out here today can really cause you some issues. This is a safe and healthy thing to have when you get sick

Product works, but be careful if you have blood pressure issues
This product (as all others under the Mucinex name) works great, but I must caution those of you who are considering using it if you have blood pressure issues. I had felt bad on a Thursday-Friday and used this product over the weekend. I did feel better but thought I should go ahead to see the doctor on that Monday. My blood pressure was sky high! The doctor asked me if I had taken anything OTC (Over-The-Counter) and once I said this, the doctor told me to stop taking it immediately. Apparently it can raise blood pressure, especially if you already have issues. So my advice is to take the product with caution and to monitor your blood pressure while taking it.
