This ribbon candy had been sitting on a shelf for a long time, methinks. The candy was individually wrapped, stuck inside the cellophane wrappers. The candy itself was thick and clunky. Not like other ribbon candy I've had through the years. I was sorely disappointed with this purchase.

I was very disappointed in the quality.
The candy was melted into globs instead of ribbons. I was hoping for the ribbon candy I remember having years ago. I have bought Hammond's candy canes and they were wonderful.
