Korky Standard 2-Inch Ultra Universal Toilet Flapper (2 Pack) - 100DP

The toilet flapper was very easy to install. I had a leaky flapper that was driving me nuts because I could hear it all night. Decided to buy this one instead of spending $13+ at Home Depot and ace. I was honestly worried it would be a floppy silicone material but it wasn’t! Very sturdy flapper indeed. Shut my toilet up real quick! And no more annoying running water. It fit my toilet perfectly, even though I winged it because I have no idea what brand my toilet is

This flapper was a perfect fit for my one piece Kohler toilet Rialto model K3402PB with a round tube. Easy install, took just minutes.

Bought this because my toilet was leaking water. Installed it in under 2 minutes, super easy even if you have zero experience with this kind of thing.

Product works well, only small issue was when setting it up in my toilet originally it wouldn’t open properly because of the length. After messing with it for a few times and shortening the chain did it finally work properly.

Very old Kohler toilet was leaving bits of toilet paper behind in the bowl after flushing. Wasn't sure of the cause, but saw the flapper was old with some deterioration of the arms that attach to the filler pipe, so it seemed that replacing it would be a good thing to try first and at least wouldn't hurt. Installation was simple and quick. This flapper is actually adjustable for increasing or decreasing water volume for flushing, but I kept it at the default for maximum amount of water to clear the bowl. To my relief, the new flapper was all it took to fix the problem. Yay, no more double flushing.

These work as expected. If you replace your flapper and then you still hear the toilet running, wipe around the base ehere this seals and make sure there is no grime. If not give it a few days and it will stop running I think when they are new they need a day or three to seat up and kind of build up a seal. Only had that issue once. The toilet only ran like 3 times in 3 days afyer switching then was fine. Easy to install. Take note of your chain length BEFORE you switxh so you can rehook it to the same link.

The standard connection for the flapper part fit just right, but the tricky part was figuring out how long the chain needed to be to attach to the arm. I settled on making the chain "shorter" by twisting it around a couple of times to attach to the arm. The toilet had been prone to sometimes continuing to run when the old flapper didn't quite make a seal, but I didn't bother to change the flapper until the old pull-chain broke, so now I have a toilet that doesn't ever need to "jiggle the handle" to keep it from running. :-)

After two years of use, the flush valve suddenly stopped working, and water kept running continuously. I reached in - what was it? Some kind of meat? A rag? I pulled it out - you can see what it looked like in the photos. A flapper should be designed to withstand constant immersion in water. Instead, it had turned into a mushy mass - like chewing gum or the flesh of a dead animal. I ordered a replacement from the same company - delivered within an hour (thank you, Amazon) - and I’ll be keeping a close eye on it to see if the problem recurs or if the manufacturer has changed the material used to make the flapper. I suspect my case wasn't an isolated incident, so hopefully, they’ve worked on improving the material.

After trying another brand of flapper only to end up with constant running in the toilet I purchased this two pack of Korky flappers. They are well made, easy to install and best of all fit our toilet perfectly and SOLVED our problem! Additionally, the value of this two pack was a no brainer! Now we have a spare flapper just in case one of the other toilets needs a replacement. Definitely recommend this product!
