I have dry facial skin by default. It used to be very oily because my body was overcompensating for the dryness, which caused me terrible, terrible acne. So once I bought this, I started applying it after I shower, and it keeps my face soft and hydrated for the entire day. Also, I use it after shaving, and it feels absolutely awesome. No allergic reactions either on my side, and it does not feel sticky or heavy at all. I would recommend people to buy it.

Started using this after switching to a more active skincare routine that was drying the skin out. The gel texture absorbs almost instantly and leaves no greasy or tacky feeling, which is exactly what you want from an oil-free moisturiser. Skin felt plump and hydrated within a few days and the dryness from actives was no longer an issue. Works well under sunscreen in the mornings without pilling. At this price it competes with considerably more expensive hydrating moisturisers. One of the better finds in the Minimalist range.

I’ve been using the Minimalist moisturizer for a while now. The quantity feels a bit less for the price compared to some other brands, but the quality is definitely above average. For combination skin, the texture is light and it spreads easily. It doesn’t feel heavy or sticky at all, which I appreciate. However, it does leave a noticeable shiny or slightly oily looking glow on the face. It’s not greasy to the touch, but visually it gives that moisturised, dewy finish almost like a subtle oily shine. If you prefer a matte look, this might not be ideal. But if you don’t mind (or like) a healthy glow and want something lightweight without heaviness, it works well. Overall, decent product just depends on your finish preference.

Used for one day, god, I could tell that it's good. I've used hella expensive ones like La Roche-Posay Lipikar; it was good, but this is better. (I might hate it after month 1, so I'll rewrite this after one month)

I've been using this for about a year now, one tube last me about 6 months to a year! I am on my second? My first tube might exist in a purse somewhere truthfully haha <3 ANYWAY. I love this very much. I deal with eczema, pcos which predisposed me to combination acne which includes discovering that I'm facing Malassezia, the ever so hungry acne... It is very hard to find appropriate products meaning : One that does not have lipids and essential oils and all those delicious ingredients so often found in lotions and moisturizers... and when you have eczema, the natural products targeted at you are full of these oils & fats...and that is food for yeast, and because of my acne type that's not good for me.. :( It's a MESS. I have to be SO careful! I am dealing with a secondary skin condition that aggravated & exaggerated by the primary one's relief! so...after hours, days of researching for an affordable and simple product here on Amazon, running their ingredients through the help of the system over at sezia.co I found THIS ... and i love it! It's unscented, boring in the best way possible, gentle, and full of GREAT ingredients! I break out during my cycle bc PCOS/Hormonal acne, and that's it. NOT because of this lotion and i THANK YOU FOR THAT!!! My skin is so wonky, and it's hard to find what doesn't set it off, from the top of my scalp to my literal toenails - I was so happy to find this. I am lost without it, and I feel the difference when I start going 3+ days without it! Thank you for existing. Please don't ever change this, or drop this. I wish you'd make this into a full body lotion <3 I know I've used it on my body in a travel pinch! <3
