Great Colors, Good Fit - A bit Small, Not very Durable
They are good for beginner walkers, but won't withstand a toddler that's been mobile for 2 months and is running around outside on harder surfaces, and dragging feet on riding toys.I have ordered 3 pairs of these shoes for my 12 month old (he's big for his age, almost 100% for height, but I've never measure his feet...).Appearance: The colors and price are great (fun to wear for the NBA play offs). They are incredibly light weight, and flexible - I like the 'soft sole' for early walkers so that they can stretch their toes and really feel the ground (I figured that the additional sensory with the ground may result in surer footing....who knows)Function: The 'high top' design with the Velcro strap makes it difficult for my son to pull or kick off the shoe, great! And the little loop on the heal makes a good 'shoe horn' helping in getting the shoe on (but don't pull too hard, we broke the first one quickly, but learned from that)Durability: The big negative! The shoes get 'striped' with every drag of the foot on a rough surface. A 10minute 'ride' in a push car, where my son is dragging his feet (he still hasn't figured out how to push the car with his feet), damaged the shoes so badly that I had to toss them. Now that my son is 14 months, we've had to switch to a more durable pair - it's hard to find light weigh shoes that aren't $30 Nikes!

Cute and fairly priced
I absolutely adore baby chucks but just couldn't justify spending so much money on something my daughter couldn't get much use out of. To my surprise, I ordered these in January and she is still able to wear them. They were large at first but since they have actual laces I was able to tie them tight to her foot. Now they still fit and they match with most outfits. She is getting more use than I thought but I'm still glad that I spend less money than name brand. The fabric is quality and thick. I would not worry about any wear or tear especially considering they are for a baby. My one complaint is that the "grips" on the bottom. They are hard plastic bumps. I think the shoe would have been better without these. Once my baby started trying to pull up to stand these started to work against her.i would recommend these to any one looking for cheaper footwear for a baby. They are a good solution and chances are they'd still be in good shape for another kid or to give away.

Decent pair of sneakers for our 1 year old grandson
Our grandson is turning one this month! While he is walking around we really wanted something to keep his feet warm, something that he couldn't pull off as easily as his socks... And as fast as they grow we didn't want to spend adult prices. These are great for that. We got the 12-18 months which leaves some room for him to grow into. How much we won't know, it will depend on how fast he grows. Because he is at the age of moving around a lot especially when you are trying to dress him, velcro or something other than lace up would be a lot easier at this age.Ours shipped from Bigflysports. The package was open and there were scuff marks on the shows. While returns can be a pain at least take the time to make them look like new.The shoes themselves are great especially for only 8 bucks.

Bought for Great Granddaughter
I bought these shoes for my great granddaughter who was turning 1 years old. Her mother said she had a fat foot and had a hard time finding shoes that fit that were not too tight.I saw these and from the looks of them it would seem that a baby with a fat foot (thick foot) would be able to wear these--and I was right. She got lots of presents at her birthday party and was interested only in any toys she got. She was not too interested in clothes until she saw these shoes. Then her eyes lite up and she did not want to let go of the shoes to open the rest of her gifts. I spoke with her mother the other day, they live 100 miles from me, and she said that the baby wore them for about a month then she outgrew them. So when you buy shoes for a baby you don't want to put a lot of money into a pair because their foot grows so fast that they outgrow them long before they wear out the shoes. This was a very good price for shoes that were outgrown in a month's time. Plus, my granddaughter loved them!

Love these shoes!
I had these shoes in my shopping cart for a while because I really wanted the pink (and her size was out of stock) and I wasn't sure that I wanted to pay $2.99 for shipping (I've become very spoiled with Amazon Prime) but in the end I purchased them and I am glad that I did. I bought the 12-18 month and they are about a size 4.They are exactly as pictured and very cute. They are soft soled on the bottom with just a little bit of flexible plastic but I knew that and since she's just beginning to walk that is what I was looking for--more protection than going barefoot but flexibility and a super lightweight shoe that won't trip her.The tan color goes with lots of things and the gold isn't so flashy that it stands out too much. One other thing that I love about them is that they go on easily and they don't come off easily either--I don't like bending over to pick up baby shoes when I have a baby in my arms--ugh! I would definitely buy these again.

A bit on the small side, but still great!
Bought these as part of an outfit for hubby's best friend's newborn & they loved them! As some have said, they run a bit small, but in our case it didn't matter, as the boy's a newborn & even with his big feet, the 0-6 month size fit fine. But if your kid is pushing 5-6 months I'd def say get the next size up. I don't understand why people are complaining about laces not being "real", shoes being hard to put on, or having no support. The product page says the "laces" STRETCH in the description. What real laces are you using that stretch?! They're made that way so the shoes stay snug on baby's feet w/o having to worry about constantly re-tying laces or having baby trip over them when learning to walk. As far as being difficult to put on, we're talking about newborns and infants! They couldn't sit still to save their own lives! They're gonna squirm- period. Plus they're soft shoes, not hard-soled. Which leads to my next point- they're soft-soled baby shoes! They're not meant to give great support! Over all, great product & fair price.
