First, the PTU failed in November 2022. A week later, the left axle seal failed and in March the right axle seal fail despite we have regiliously changing transmission fluid every 50,000 km. On google, it would seem Ford PTU is notoriously prone to failure. After fixing all the leaks at a reputable shop, I noticed shift up 2/3 is really rough especially when it is cold outside (-5C or below). Reading on amazon, I thought I would give this product a try. Added about 10 Oz and I thought it might take a while, but saw the effect right away. The shift is much smoother and the "kick up" is gone. Drove another 50 km and same positive effect. Very happy and will update after a few months of driving.
