I needed something with a lot more "fill", so that I could prop myself into a comfortable partially sitting position after surgery. This most definitely would NOT do the trick and I returned it immediately after receiving it. The pictures made it look like it had a lot of filler, but what I received was a pillow that didn't have enough fluff in it to be anything like what I saw in the photos. I bought this in May 2013 and purchased a separate cover. I'm just about ready to toss it. Once I stuffed the overly soft pillow sections into an case designed for these things it more closley resembled the photo. Even so, it was too soft and unsuitable for the intended use. Currently I have it folded in "half" (the two sections folded toward each other) and it easily fits inside a regular king sized case. That makes it firm enough to either use behind other pillows to prop me up or I use it to support my back when laying on my side. I roll slightly forward and pull it closely toward my back the roll back onto part of the pillow.
