Since it doesn’t say USA on the comb or the comb sleeve, it is NOT made in the USA. They would proudly have that burned in the wood if it were so....

Not really a scent, more like the smell of cheap plastic.

Does this comb fit in a wallet?

Not unless you have a very large wallet. I'd put it in a front pocket or shirt pocket. I put mine in my back pocket and it broke when I got out of my car. My fault for sitting on it.
