I need to better understand how much product is in this package. For $21.86, how many 33-calorie cubes am I getting?

Each packet has 6 pieces which is 2 servings. Serving suggested 3 pieces 100 calories. States on package for best results eat 1 packet (2servings) every hour during activity.

Has anyone tried the mountain berry flavor? Does it taste like cough syrup?

They taste like grape to me. This one is my favorite.

Are they gluten free?
