I really debated MANY brands when purchasing this paint set. I ordered three boxes, one for each child. They are PERFECT! I have a 7yr old, 6yr old, and 4yr old who LOVE to paint. We have so enjoyed using these to help with their art appreciation and crafting time. The consistency is smooth...workable to mix but not too watery or wet for long. It dries quickly, but not so quickly that the kids don't have time to work with it. It spreads smoothly and the kids have been able to really benefit from the quality, vibrant and extensive color options, and usability. Just a really great product that we will definitely buy again whenever we run out of these. I was NOT paid or given an incentive for this review..this is just a homeschool mom's impression in using this product :-)

I bought these paints to experiment with watercolor. I figured, $14 for a pack of 24? Why not at least try it out. While I practically don't have any experience with different paints, through using these, I can tell you that they're pretty good. My main complaint is with the packaging. If you get these, be sure to check the colors before you paint, because the colors on the tubes are rarely accurate. But otherwise, these paints are a bargain and ideal for anyone who wants to try watercolor out

These colors are bright and come in a great variety. I hadn't used watercolors for some time and found and they are a ton of fun. The colors are smooth and with all the variety I was able to make so many mixed colors. I imagine there are fancier watercolors on the market but for the price, these are really great.

For a beginner that is a GREAT set. Excellent quality and there is probably enough to paint 50 different pictures before running out. I am still learning so I may be ahead of myself here. However, I think if you are just starting out all the right colors are here that I saw mentioned on a number of YOUTUBE tutorials so I didn't have to buy more paints to get started. Amazon had everything I was looking for and the prices were unbeatable.

My daughter is an artist and lately has been really focused on watercolor. She loves this set, especially that it contains white watercolor pigment, which she uses A LOT. That said, I do wish it had two tubes of the white, considering blending and overpainting is so much easier with it. But, either way, she really loves this set.The colors are bold and the paint is rich and highly pigmented. A little goes a long way.

Love this paint! Mixes well, color creation is easy. I’m a beginner, my husband is almost expert, and we both use these now! I would recommend using them as needed, not putting a blob of each on your palette until your ready, as they will dry over, although if they do, a little water and dabbing will mix the dried paint back in with no lumps!

I am a novice water color painter, so these were perfect! 4 stars because some of the colors don't really match what's on the outside, but overall these are great.

Meh, if you're looking for something that's not quite student grade and not quite Crayola you've found it. These work great for a sketchbook but honestly the Prisma Classics paints are a much better looking and behaving paint, super vibrant and rewet and follow easily.

I was impressed by the quality of these paints for the price. They were so incredibly affordable for tube watercolors. I would give this 4.5 stars out of 5, just because the packaging and information need improving.,As I said, I recommend upgrading the quality of the paper wrappers on the tubes, and it would be helpful to provide pigment and lightfastness information if these are real Artist grade paints. Otherwise please inform the consumer adequately.I filled 24 half pans to insert into a tin paint palette. I was pleased to see that there was no shrinkage or cracking of the paint after a couple of days. Which to me is an indicator of higher quality paint? However, because they dry slightly chalky, grade. I am unsure of the category. Again, the price is unbeatable even if these turn out to be student grade only.I swatched all the paints, and I am pleased with the bright colors, and transparency. I have yet to try layering. ​

Good price for what I got. The package did not come on time however I think this is on of the pretty good deals on amazon for someone who love to get some art supplies

Gave it as a gift and they were very happy with it. Great vibrant colors and not totally easy to wash off after getting it on the hands

These are decent for the price. A good way to try out watercolour without investing a lot of money. I've only used about 8 colours with no major issues.

For $10 they are fine for beginner artists or anyone who just wants a bigger range of colours to avoidMixing. They are a bit watery, I would recommend shaking them quite a bit before use.
