Great packaging, accurate dimensions and fit perfectly, looks great and expandible for future use.

The good: This is a very sturdy organizer and the expandable parts don't slide back in every time you shut the drawer. This thing is big. Bigger than you think it's going to be. There are, as you can see from the fifty-bajillion uploads of basically the same image, plenty of compartments and they're deeper than I thought they'd be. Since I have a place setting for 8, I was concerned that some of the utensils would stick up over their designated area, but it wasn't an issue. As you can see from my pic, I don't even have all the compartments filled up yet. The bad: I need to put something a little stickier under it because even though I have kinda rubbery drawer liner already, the tray slides to the back of the drawer when I shut it. The worst: It. Smells. Bad. Like, really bad. I left the drawer open for a few days, hoping it would air out and it did help a little, but it would still waft out and smack you in the sniffer when you opened the drawer. I ended up sprinkling baking soda all over the inside of the drawer and put the organizer back in, but that didn't really do anything. I will say, though, that it's gotten a lot better and I can hardly smell anything now. I like it enough, even with the smell, that I'm thinking about getting another one for the matching drawer next to it.

I purchased two of the bamboo expandable cutlery/utility organizers; one for the kitchen and one for my "junk" drawer in the dining room. I am very please with the result in both instances. Although my sideboard in the dining room would not accommodate the organizer in the "north/south" position, I just turned it sideways and viola! instant drawer organization! These are easily adjustable and smooth with no rough edges. I did not rate durability because I just bought them. However, they seem to be well made and I look forward to many years use. I am happy using bamboo instead of plastic as I'm trying to cut out my use of plastics. I still have my mother-in-law's kitchen cutlery organizer in bright yellow; that thing will probably never break down. I am using it...

I know this seems very obvious, but the best thing about this cutlery tray is that it is fully adjustable.I have never had an adjustable tray before nor have I ever had one that truly fit my drawer.Since all the other ones were never wide enough all kinds of "junk" would get placed beside it and the drawer always looked messy.This allowed me to add an extra compartment so now I can have each sized spoon in its own compartment and it looks great!Using this insert makes it feel like I have a custom made cutlery drawer. Due to the width of my drawers, I got one extra compartment along the width and one extra in the very back (due to the depth) so now butter knives and all other knives can be separated along with teaspoons and tablespoons.I've recently purchased more bamboo drawer organizers for other drawers because I like them so much and they look great, too.I was actually surprised at the quality considering the low price and have since purchased other bamboo organizers for my kitchen and am enjoying them all.

I am beyond pleased - and grateful to other Amazon customers for their detailed reviews and photos. It took us about a minute and a half to create this orderly cutlery and knife drawer. The cutlery tray expanded enough to fill the entire drawer's width. The length was two inches short, I guess we have deep drawers. Nothing that a bit of inconspicous foam wedged in the back of the drawer couldn't fix. A nice tight fit, and when we opened and close the drawer (aggresively) the holders don't slide and the knives remain securely in place. I can easily remove a knife from the holder. For reference, there are two 7" chef's knives, two bread slicers, and three paring knives.

I can’t speak to the durability of this item at this point, but out of the box and into the drawer this is a thing of beauty. My drawers is only 15” wide so I am only able to open one side of the expansion section which works out perfect. Glad to know I can open another side when I replace my kitchen cabinets one of these decades. LolThis cutlery seems to be made of quality materials. I wouldn’t move them around much especially when they are full of cutlery. I don’t think an item like this would be very durable if you moved it around a lot. My drawer is very long, so there is about 3 inches behind the trays which allows them to slide a bit when I open and close the drawer. I am going to figure out a way to use that space behind the tray to stop the sliding. It looks so much better and more organized and I have more space. Now I realize I have a good bit of miss-matched cutlery. Next issue to address (it’s always something) lol

I purchased four Bellemain drawer organizers over the past two years. Three are in my kitchen, one for everyday silverware, one for utensils and a third for odds and ends. A fourth organizer is in my dining room buffet. They are very sturdy, have excellent storage capacity and adjust to the width and length of my drawers. They look very nice too, and wil last for years to come.

Looked all over for these. I got one first and liked it so much I bought two more. They are just about perfect. I wish there was a way to lock the sides without using glue, but that's OK too, they are even sturdier once I glued them to stay open all the way. Without the glue there is a little play on how the front vs the back aligns with the drawer sides. I'm just very picky and wanted them to look like they were custom built for the drawers.The tray easily holds 80-piece set of heavy silverware.I wish there was a version of this organizer with just one expanding side, where it expands for double-wide space to hold my measuring cups and large cooking spatulas, too wide to fit in the current side compartments. I would buy 3 of those also, I'm not sure if anyone sells some made like that but they might not match this set in quality.
