Dear god who's idea was this??
This is a nice sturdy product and fits perfectly with what I want it for the only issue I had was with the assembly. Between the god awful amount of screws this item requires and the fact that they are ALL allen wrench design I almost cried....ugh...Also had an issue with some of the holes for the screws being misaligned and had to fight to get them in (one I had to completely redrill). It took a little over an hour but I got it assembled and am happy with it but I will never buy this product again that's for sure.

Do you have power tools and know how to use them??
Once finished and loaded with plants, this unit isn’t bad. But several pieces did not have holes drilled in the correct places and some holes were not drilled at all, without a way to drill the required holes you will not be able to use the included bolts to assemble. A small aluminum ikea-ish allen wrench (hex key) is provided but is practically useless after the first 3-4 turns and another 15-ish turns are still needed to tighten the bolt. It is possible to assemble with the included hex key if you have a lot of time, grippy mechanic gloves or some such, and very strong hands; use an actual allen key for best results. The wood pieces are very rough, limited sanding with bits of wood easy to snag and draw blood or cause great cracks in the wood. One wooden upright leg piece was cracked lengthwise, noticeably upon arrival; I have wood glue and filler, do you? However, once assembled and loaded with plants, it looks pretty good from across the little greenhouse. The plants cover up most of what would be visible as flaws in the stand and all that is really seen at a glance is the configuration of the stand, that configuration (how the shelves and hanging rod are organized with relation to each other) is very nice.Overall, not a great product. I will not be purchasing from this company again. But it is usable for now and hopefully I will find something better before this one developers more issues and falls apart. Also, 25 plants? Only if they are small 3inch pots or less.

Great product with great customer support
Fair disclosure . . . I rarely give a product 5 stars. In this case, both the product and the company deserve it.This arrived in a box which had been mishandled in shipping. There were several holes punched through the box, but somehow the wood parts were undamaged. My 15 year old daughter quickly put it together and even she was impressed with the smooth quality of the wood and how nicely it was stained compared to the two she had already assembled. This looks like a real piece of furniture made from quality wood, NOT a light throw-away cheap stand that would only last a year or two.The sadness came when we discovered that several screws and the crossbeam that holds hanging plants were missing. We had screws that would work, but any idea I had for the crossbeam would not match. I contacted the company, expecting the usual brushoff I get from vine sellers who think they should get a great review just for submitting the product. To my surprise, the seller immediately responded, directing me to the correct email address for a replacement. I emailed and within a week had the new part, safely packaged, in my hands at no cost to me.Not only am I impressed with the product, but with the company supporting the product. Would not hesitate to buy again!

Decent but needs more work than it implies
Some of the holes for the screws didn’t line up, and there was some places where there was holes for screws, but no holes on the connecting piece. So we took the extra step of just drilling some holes where the needed to be, but the wood split in some places. All in all, it stands, holds together, and holds plants. Just upset that I paid that much to practically rebuild it.

Awkward assembly
I believe I’m being generous with overall 4 stars with my assembly experience. Pilot holes misplaced, and for me personally (a female), the screws were very difficult even with the torque of the Allen wrench. The screws seem huge compared to what the lightweight stand would require. I left some screws poking out to be tightened later by a stronger friend - hoping the wood does not split. Before I started this project, I assembled a much larger potting bench with no problem. Assembly video shows gently screwing in the screws - not my experience.)

Disappointed - UPDATED
UPDATED: the company sent a replacement once I filled out the warranty card. Good customer service. There were no directions. Most of the holes either didn't line up or were cracked or not drilled through. The top piece wouldn't stay together and i had to glue it. I hate to call something junk, but it was very frustrating.

Cheapest of cheap quality
This thing is almost garbage. The assembly took forever, was impossible to do without splintering pieces of wood despite tightening so gently. The pilot holes were just too small for the screws and almost impossible to tighten down. There were FORTY screws to put in with a tiny Allen wrench so my thumb is still bruised. The pieces of wood were warped, unevenly finished with stain/varnish, drilled holes weren’t always centered, and one slat had loose staples that will have to be fixed. Various chips already present in the wood. The whole thing came packaged in SARAN wrap 🤣 it was the sketchiest thing I’ve ever seen. But I took a chance and assembled it anyway and it turned out a little more sturdy than I originally anticipated. Will have to be secured to the wall as I don’t trust it to not tip. The whole thing does actually look nice from far away, just don’t get close and you’ll be fine! I have zero expectations of this thing holding up over time but we will see. I’m still over here wondering why I didn’t stop assembling and return this thing before I even started.
