The clasp needs to be bent often to get it to close, and it falls off shortly after no matter what. Cute otherwise though.

Would not recommend buying this locket, as it opens on its own and falls apart, easily, causing it to get damaged from falling. Reached out to seller, after first locket fell apart within days of giving it to my granddaughter, and they replaced it. When the second locket did the same, I reached out and was told "Honey, you can try to put it back and shake it hard. It won't fall off. He only had this accident because the road from China to the United States was too bumpy", which is both unprofessional and verifies the locket was either not packaged well enough, or is made shoddily.

Great gift idea but if you have kids that fidget a lot they will probably end up snapping it or breaking the clasp that holds it all together. bought two for my 7 year old and 9 year old and the 7 year old snapped hers in maybe a month. my 9 year old still has hers but never wears it.
