Q: Warranty information ?

Hello, Pressure Washer Machines/Units: All machines and pump motor units sold by Canpump is warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase to be free of any manufacturing or workmanship defects on the major components (pump, motor/engine, gearbox). Accessories supplied with the machine, maintenance components (seals, valves…etc.) and other wear and tear components including but not limited to: wheels, hoses, guns, nozzles, filters, fittings are not subject to any warranty. Warranty is voided if the claim is deemed to be due to negligence, improper use and installation (i.e. incorrect voltage, dry running and freezing). Any improper modification or use with unapproved accessories. Accessories: Purchased directly through Canpump Inc are warrantied to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage deemed to be caused by improper use/setup, wear and tear or tampering. Hoses are not covered under any warranty. The crimp fittings of hoses are warrantied for 60 days. All Warranty work is performed at Canpump’s service facility in Toronto. Freight Charges and return are the responsibility of the sender. A copy of the original invoice/sales receipt must accompany the unit. Parts and Labor are covered for the warranty period. Thanks.

Q: What are the dimensions and standards for the inlet and outlet connections of this pump?

Inlet and Outlet of the pump is 1/2" Female and for the unloader which is attached to the pump; Inlet is 3/4" Garden Hose and Outlet is 3/8" Quick Connect. Thanks.
