Don't like the bottle
The cleanser is good but The plastic bottle is very hard making it a bit difficult to get out accurately.

Unsure of this
This cleanser comes in a small ish bottle and has a quite chemical smell I found, I’ve used it a few times to cleanse when I’m having a breakout and not sure if it’s helped clear it up or not to be honest as they cleared up with time as they usually do, I also found that trying to squeeze it out the bottle is somewhat hard as the bottle is pretty hard so it’s tough to squeeze it, had to unscrew it a couple of times and shake it aroundOverall not sure if it’s worth the money

Will last a while
No scent detected in this so if you have issues with scented products this will be a good shout for you.You only use a pea sized amount to massage into clean skin then rinse off. Because you are only using a small amount you will get good mileage out of the bottle so you can justify the cost if you normally use store brands. It leaves the skin feeling notibly soft after at least a week use, you can use it morning and night, you will know what works best for your skin. I would recommend getting the toner also which is a wee bit cheaper than the cleaner but I think both compliment each other so check that out too if buying this.

Not to be used just before bed
I think this moisturiser is really quite expensive. Whilst it does leave my face really smooth and soft the following day, I found the thickness and heaviness of the cream to be really off-putting.The product comes with minimal packaging: it arrived in a bubble wrap pouch with all the information printed on the bottle. I would have preferred a cardboard box instead that is easier to recycle.I used this as a night cream due to the lack of SPF and the retinol ingredient: your skin is more sensitive to the sun as a result of retinol products. The compact, pump-style bottle is easy to use but you do need many presses to get the cream started on first use.The cream has a pleasant scent but I was most surprised at its thickness. It reminded me of some thick emollients that I have used for skin conditions in the past. You need a fair amount for full face coverage because it is so thick and does not spread far. After applying, it took a very long time to be absorbed into my skin; instead, it felt heavy on my face and I was really conscious of having applied this cream. I found this to be really off-putting.Although this cream did not appear to leave any greasy marks on my pillow case, I was really paranoid that it was going to! It took so long to be absorbed that I would recommend applying this cream about half an hour before going to bed. That being said, I definitely prefer lighter products that don’t feel like they are clogging my pores. My skin definitely felt soft and smoother the next day, so this is a cream with good results. However, I disliked the thickness of the cream and felt my face had been glued whilst waiting for it to be absorbed.

OK cleanser but nothing special
This cleanser comes in a plastic bottle with all the ingredients listed clearly on the back. The smell is not unpleasant but that being said, it smells similar to a lot of other creams I've tried that are way cheaper. There is also no smell of witch hazel, which I had expected as this is one of the ingredients. I am pleased that the product is cruelty-free however. The cleanser is nicely textured and I found that it cleansed well, but using it too often did tend to dry my skin out a little. Only a small amount of cream is needed – the instructions say to use a ‘pea’ sized amount and I would agree. However, the design of the bottle is such that there is no way to squeeze out this amount after pushing the top into the ‘open’ position. This is because the bottle is made of hard rather than squeezable plastic, which makes it somewhat unfit for purpose - in the end I ended up having to unscrew the top to dispense the cream. It's not especially cheap so all things considered, I was somewhat disappointed with this product and would not be inclined to purchase it again.

Decent cleanser
I found this cleanser to be ok, the scent isn’t the greatest, but it has helped clear my skin up. I suffer with cystic acne during certain times of the month or of I’m run down, and they can be very sore and red. This has helped! I’d recommend

Quite a thick moisturiser
While this is a ok moisturiser and very good for sensitve skin I did knock a star off as I feel it's quite a thick heavy moisturiser, 1 that you can actually feel your wearing. For the price I felt the delivery of the moisturiser could be improved, I expected a box as a container instead of a plastic bag which defeats my idea this could have been a recycling issue in reducing packaging. My skin is typical t zone and this moisturiser does not leave my greasy areas shiny, my skin just soaks all this up.Due to the moisturiser being so thick and in a small pump bottle i don't think it offers great value for money as I feel I'm using a lot more due to the thick consistency.I gave stars for scent as i couldn't smell anything which is nice as some moisturisers the smell alone can be rather over powering.
