It doesn’t tarnish at all and I have really sensitive skin and it hasn’t given me a rash at all and I didn’t take it off for like a month.

Love it but it does make me itch. I'm very sensitive and while there were no bumps or redness I can't wear it too long. Sweating triggers the itch for me so I try not to go outside with it. I fell asleep with it on and woke up to some annoying itching around my neck and chest.The part that connects the 'charm' to the chain started to lose color (turn silver) after a few wears. I have never worn it a full day and never out of the house. I bought it to wear specifically on my peak fertile days and specifically while trying to make a baby. Baby dust is cool and all but I added this necklace to the mix for extra ju-ju, haha. The chain is really nice and so is the actual pendant/charm. I subtracted a star because of the teeny tiny openings in a couple loops that make it easier for the chain to slip off or the charm to fall off. This probably could be fixed with some small pliers. When I saw it online I had planned to hang it around the bed post but it's super cute and alluring. I just had to wear it! And the itching is also behind the 4 stars rating. And the fact that one part has already lost it's color. So maybe buy the silver colored one because now mine looks weird with one part of my chain not being the same gold color as the rest of it. I think it's a great inexpensive gift to give someone TTC. Its cheaper than a fertility statue and the goddess Persephone is an awesome energy to have near you in general. Sometimes I just hold the chain in my hand like a rosary! I've had it a couple weeks and I love it! And...I think I'm pregnant too!

The chain is long and the piece of the jewelry is beautiful, I wear it to honor Persephone and love it very much.
