Light bulbs going out and seller not responding to messages
We love this chandelier but can’t find a replacement bulb (after spending $1k to have installed a year ago). Please help get us some replacement bulbs and I’d be happy to change the rating.

Led went out. Can't find a replacement anywhere. Amazon is no help. If I can't find a LED to replace the bad one the fixture is junk.

The 12-light crystal chandelier is not annoyingly bright. very beautiful pendant shape added a special beauty to the decoration of the house.The edges are laser cut and have a crystal-like stance.Pendant chandelier is easy to install.

Beautifully designed, sturdy and adjustable!
We ordered this long staircase crystal chandelier for our new house and waooo,! everyone at home really likes it!! My son and I attempted to install this beautiful chandelier, but we had a lot of difficulty trying to set it up and we decided to get professional help to assist us to properly install it. We do like that this high ceiling chandelier with a long pendant was made with chrome plated stainless steel. We do like how bright the crystals shine and reflect with the lights at night. We also like that the chandelier LED soft light bulbs have natural light and do make the home cozy and relaxing.I do like that this chandelier has an adjustable pendant with the petals. Another thing we do like the chandelier is not as heavy as expected. I would definitely recommend it.

Stunning chandelier
The media could not be loaded. Simply stunning! I’m so happy with this chandelier. It’s absolutely beautiful. It was easy to install. Looks lovely in our front foyer. It looks beautiful in the day and lit up at night.

This is a gorgeous chandelier
This chandelier is so gorgeous. It's very heavy, so make sure the location and ceiling supports is adequate. The install was fairly easy, and the crystals are added after the its installed. This chandelier is not suited for low ceilings. It's best suited for two story foyers or grand stairwells. It's very elegant and certainly makes a beautiful statement. This chandelier is a high quality, with a price to match. And I definitely recommend this crystal chandelier.

ESQUISITE! This light is beautiful. It was easy to install and added elegance to our decor. It is easy to adjust and change the design. It is not overwhelming or too bright. It is a conversation piece. Love it.
