Cast Iron Aebleskiver Pan for Danish Stuffed Pancake Balls by Upstreet (Blue)

I learned how to make aebleskivers and this is my first pan. Had it for several months now and it's holding up very nicely. Love making aebleskivers around the holidays and for special occasions. The silicone handle cover is a nice feature as well.

Great pan

Initally i was worried whether it will work on glass stove, also being cast iron will my food will stick unless heated...but everything changed coz i preheated for 15 min in low flame from my first cooking i could able to cook delicious paniyaram ...i have to use little extra oil. 4.5 rating for this product.Cleaning you have to wash and rub oil in that for long lastingVery thick and heavy and heat spreaded evenly.( i used glass top electric stove)Really loved it

Finally, a pan that works on glass top range.This pan performed as described. Kept even heat and provided excellent results.Definitely recommend this item.
