Will this fit a large head?

My head is pretty large and it's a tight fit. Still comfortable and wearable for long periods, but if you don't like a snug fit, may not be for you.

Is the cuff stitched in place, or can I uncuff it?

It is not stitched in place. I find it's more comfortable uncuffed.

why do Canadian reviews say the tags states it is cotton/polester?

My hat says 100% fine Merino wool. Not sure what is going on with the Canadian review.
