Good quality
I have written two other reviews on this product, it is a 3 system product skin care line...this being the third product to the system....here's what I said:What I like right off the bat about this product line is it doesn't just lay on top of your skin or pill off. All three products in the system work extremely well together. I have tried other skin care systems and not all of the products work well together. I have fair skin and some sensitivity issue, I had no issues of skin irritability or break outs...

Nope
I received this face concentration through the Amazon Vine Voice program.Zero Stars.I cleansed my face and applied as directed. This face product pilled and rolled into a mess of debris on my face. And, no, it was not dead skin exfoliating, and no, I did not use this over another product or put anything over this face treatment concentration. I don't know if I received expired product or what, but this stuff is horrid, and it's going in the trash. I had to cleanse my face again and apply my trusted products instead. Talk about a frustrating experience.I don't recommend this at all.

Not seeing any changes after three weeks. Giving it a couple of weeks more...
This pricey serum is more like a light gel lotion. It comes in a pump bottle and is lightweight and not greasy. There is no scent that I can discern. I have been using this Reveel by MedSkin Solutions Resveratrol Concentrate Face Serum for three weeks every night under my moisturizing cream. If I wear it alone, it pills and balls up and I end up wiping it off.I have not seen any changes in my skin's look or texture as of yet. It doesn't add hydration like I hoped but it doesn't dry my skin out either. It is just another layer. I usually use Vitamin C serum and other types that I can see results from pretty quickly. This gel/lotion/serum is taking its time and I am not sure I want to wait much longer to see what it can do because I have not been using my tried and true serums dung this trial period. Rating is tough. There is nothing awful or irritating about this serum but it takes a long time apparently to see results if any. It's a pricey small bottle and I would not purchase more unless I saw some fairly major changes in my skin that would make using this over my other serums a good choice.

Nourishing, Hydrating, Very Expensive; Suitable for All Skintypes
The Reveel by MedSkin is ridiculously expensive. Let's just get that out of the way first. You get a 1.7oz plastic pump of their resveratrol concentrate serum for $77, as of this writing. Wow. The price point aside, I've enjoyed the use and quality of this serum a lot. It has a creamy ointment feel to it, so the spreadability and absorption are excellent. You don't need a full pump's worth, more like half of one, to cover your entire face and neck. I'm thrilled with the lack of overpowering odors/fragrances. Leaves me with a nice matte finish; not sticky or tacky. No pilling or flaking.I can't speak to the effectiveness of this particular antioxidant., as I've only been using it for about a month I know you can pair resveratrol with others, like vitamin E, vitamin C, and ferulic acid, to boost the benefits of all. Makes this serum a nice multitasker. Resveratrol is a potent polyphenol found in plants (common in berries like grapes, blueberries, raspberries, and also peanuts). It is one of the ubiquitous antioxidants you'll find in red wine, for example.I am over 40 with reactive/sensitive, combination, acne-prone skin. I've not experienced any irritation, flares, rashes, redness, excessive oily/dryness, or new breakouts while using this. It seems to be mild, nourishing and is hydrating without feeling greasy, heavy, or sticky. I think this lightweight serum can be used by all ages, genders, skin types and is fine to mix and match with your other skincare. How I use it: AM and PM, I wash and tone with mild, unmediated products. Then I apply my essences and serums by weight and type (lightest, runniest to heaviest, thickest). Most of the time, when I'm using this reveel, I just cleanse and mist on a little toner/essence, take a half-pump of this cream and massage it over my face and neck. I still follow up with a light moisturizer out of habit, but still, this isn't drying or irritating on its own.Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the use and quality of this concentrate. I do wish it was a hint less expensive, but I'm pleased I had the chance to try this one out. Based on my experience, this pump will likely last me about 2-3 months (with regular application). So, cost-wise, when I figure that in, it isn't so bad. And sometimes, paying a little more for a seemingly effective product like this one is worth it for me.

I like it, but don’t love it
The jury’s still out on this facial serum. I’ve been using it every night for the past couple of weeks, and while I’ve seen no immediate life-changing benefits I do quite like it. It has a very light but pleasant scent, something that works for me as I dislike strongly scented skincare products, but on the downside it leaves my face and hands a little tacky and greasy to the touch for quite a while after application, which I don’t love when I want to go to bed feeling fresh and clean. If I’m going to fall in love with something like this I need to see spectacular effects, and as yet I’m not seeing anything that would lead me to give it five stars. Right now it scrapes a four given the slightly greasy aftermath, but I’ll return and update the score if I start to see any marked improvement after using it a little longer.
