Good but missing pieces
This was easy to put together and technically works. However, the metal plates that go on the sides to keep score were missing. Screws to put them on and magnetized parts to keep score were in there, just the metal that gets screwed in and that the markers go on isn't. Still a nice, but I wish it was all there for some back yard fun this weekend.

Great product, not shipped well
This ladder ball game is exactly what my family was hoping for. We used it during our moms celebration of life since this was her favorite game.The box arrived partially opened at the end and had been re-taped several times. The contents were not shipped in the carrying case but loose in the box with no packing material to protect the wood. It has minor scratches on most pieces. The most disappointing part is that the red balls were missing and we had to play with just the blue set.

Have to unscrew everything to pack it away.
I don't know why they even gave you a case the thing you have to unscrew everything in order to pack it away. I just worry over time if you keep on screwing everything that it just won't be as sturdy and screws will get stripped. Very poor instructions.
