We bought these after we had purchased a different set that was entirely copper-coated (full blade coating) and the coating didn't hold up for one use. We purchased these with high hopes but skeptical expectations as we were a little jaded.So far so good!! The knives themselves are beautiful and super-sharp (the tip of my pinky would attest to that... if I still had it... RIP little guy). We don't let them within 5 feet of the dishwasher. Hand-wash only for these beauties. No issues with the coating on the handles and the blades are still pristine. It's only been a month or so and we would expect no less if not for our previous experience. If any issues arise in the future I will return and update. If no update is posted you can assume all remains well or that I chopped off too many fingers to type it out... be careful. Knives are sharp.

Rusted after 3 weeksUpdate: Although the product did begin to rust early, the customer service was excellent. They reached out and explained it can happen rarely which is to be expected when almost buying anything. They happily sent me a replacement knife block to make up for the inconvenience

Ive had them for less then a Month and they already started to rust.Not sure why and they are NOT cheap so i dont recommend them they look very nice but it not good that they rust

I like how they look. My kitchen colors are black and gold. High quality.

Gold paint on handles is chipping and knives are already rusting. Happened after only a couple months of use. Cuts great but they look horrible now. Waste of money.
