Do not exceed dosage!
WARNING!! This is POTENT! Do NOT EXCEED dosage! Actually, go for 1 drop per 3 days, or 1 drop a week. Even one drop too much creates the possibility of retinal toxicity. Which is what I have now...and I am uncertain if its treatable. "Medical Treatments for Retinal Iodine Toxicity If toxicity has affected the photoreceptors (retinal damage), doctors may use the following approaches: Supportive Care: If the iodine was ingested, treatment includes gastric decontamination (if recent), and monitoring for systemic effects. Vitamin Supplementation: Studies have shown that administration of antioxidants and specific vitamins (B1, B6, and B12) may assist in recovery. Steroids: Prednisolone may be used to reduce inflammation. Hydration: Proper hydration is necessary to help the body flush excess iodine. " DO NOT EXCEED DOSAGE! Even by 1 drop!!!!!!

A little everyday in water.
A little everyday in water. That's the way to use it. One small glass of water or juice 🤔 add 3 to 4 drops. That's it Check Dr. John Campbell on youtube. With report on what it does. We have nearly lost the old ways. A bit runny nose. Try some see what happens. Mum a d dad's. Kids I believe 1 to 2 drops. But allways check. I am still learning 73 young.

Not dark enough
Not as dark as I thought. Put on my arm to see absorption but as I’m tanned you can’t see it clearly. Other iodine I’ve had is darker and can clearly see absorption rate.

It helps when you need it
As i bought it I couldn't feel any difference. I still took it for two months, then stopped and put it aside. I didn't need this supplement apparently. Now 8 months later I wanted to check the expiry date and tried it again. And now i felt an immediate change. I feel uplifted and more fit, also my way of eating improved. And now I also liked the taste very much. After 10 days i felt ok, I don't need more right now. It just expired but I still use it for a little while from time to time before I buy it new.
