I have an old vehicle that does not see much use in the colder wetter months. I got this to keep the interior from getting nor staying damp. It uses a fair amount of juice to run, however, so depending upon a 12V battery (thru a 12V / cigarette-lighter-socket plug) will probably require that battery to have a tender running on it all the time; I do. This unit definitely pulls moisture out of the air, and once turned on, it the fan keeps running whether there is moisture to pull or not (there is not means to set a target humidity). The constant fan contributes to the current draw.

This is the second unit that we have purchased. We have been running this unit in our motorhome 24/7 for several years. This unit keeps our motorhome to about 45-50% humidity year round. It is a small workhorse for sure. It finally quit working and we decided to purchase the same model as before. We have recommended this to other campers as well. A great unit for the price and size. Well done!

Unit fan bearing starts making quite a racket after less than 3 months, Unit worked okay filling up the tank on a weekly basis for a month until the bearing on the fan gave out, I should not have to disassemble to lubricate so early in its life.

Smaller than it looks but nice.

I use it in a small 14' travel trailer and it works great--it brought down the humidity from 73% to 51% overnight. It generates a quiet humming noise. There is no humidity setting--you just leave it plugged in. It automatically stops when the 1/2 liter tank is full (then you need to dump it manually). It is small, lightweight, easy to use, and gets the job done. I bought a cord with a 12V cigarette lighter adapter and the car-cooler type plug with two square connectors. Specifically I bought the "CSBY 2m 12V DC Replacement Car Cooler Cool Box Mini Fridge 2 Pin Lead Cable Plug Wire" from Amazon and it works perfectly (in lieu of the provided 12V cord with a transformer).

I didn't know how to reach the seller. This is stopped working after about 2-3 months so I posted a 1 star review. The seller reached out to me, asked a few questions and then sent a brand new one at no cost to me! I would now definitely buy from this seller again. Rare to find businesses like this nowadays so I like to support that.

I thought this was good, but I have only used it a little over a year and it already needs to be replaced. Don't buiy.

Great device, sits in my boat which is on the yard in Antigua, humidity outside is typically 80% plus, humidity in the saloon is consistently 55-60%, I run it for 6 hours a day when solar delivers plenty of energy. Water is discharged via the sink outside the boat with a small hose which you can easily attach to the water tank. For those claiming that it doesnt work, get a remote wifi humidity sensor (here on Amazon) which sends all the data to your phone and monitor for yourself.

For the price and the size I didn’t really have big expectations. I was sceptical but to my surprise it works well in our RV. The summers been so hot and humid in the east that we put this dehumidifier in our truck camper between trips. It can easily pull a third of a cup of water in 24 hours which is pretty good considering its size. Does require 110v but is a low amp draw if you want to run it via a inverter.

I have struggled to find a small, efficient mains-powered unit so that it can be switched by an Inkbird sensor. Unfortunately, this was not it.

Works as advertised but it is one of the few appliances with a real switch. This means you can leave it in the “on” position and control it through a smart wifi plug. I use this thing in my windowless bathroom where I have several humidity sensors placed high in the room controlling the dehumidifier placed low in the room. I did this because I don’t want to see the dehumidifier (hidden beside my sink).

I finally got to see how well this unit worked in what I would consider extreme circumstances for it's size. I used the little dehumidifier in an RV which had an inside floor space of around 152 sq ft. I started using the unit during and after a heavy rain and the inside humidity was just over 82%. I let the unit run for 6 hrs. and it was drawing 2.5 A from the battery. At the end of the 6 hrs., some of the condensation on the windows came off, the inside humidity dropped from 82% to 78%, and the dehumidifier had collected 50 ml of water. I wish it had collected more. I guess OK for something this size.
