Shoddy packaging and not in authentic Alex and Ani box (or any box for that matter). Not happy to give as a gift. Also seems smaller than Alex and Ani bracelets purchased in-store.

The bracelet was cute and looked very nice but the charmed fell off 4 months later and no where to be found. Considering that the bracelet was only worn a handful of times, that's not too good.
