I researched a towel warmer everywhere. I looked on Wayfair, Lowes and Home Depot. I read the reviews and finally decided on getting this one. I like that it gave me the option to either hardwire it or plug it in. Being that I didn't know exactly where I wanted it, I went with the plugged in version and I love it! It doesn't bother me to see the cord. It warms up my towels fairly quick and it gives me the ability to change the temperature of how I want the towels. It was easy to install onto the wall and sturdy enough to hold my towels.

This towel warmer has completely transformed my bathroom routine. Stepping out of the shower into a warm towel feels like a spa experience. The temperature control and timer are super convenient, and the design looks sleek and modern. I don’t know how I lived without it. Highly recommend to anyone who values comfort!

Getting out the shower to a warm towel is the perfect added touch to your bathing. One thing to add, make sure when folding your towel on it, your towel covers the bars otherwise your towel won't get warm. Also, I warm two big towels everyday and still working.

I had to finesse the installation on a concrete block wall and used different screws. But I got it done and it works great! The controls are imbedded in the right side rail. It is not a remote fob control. It would have been nice if a color option was oil rubbed bronze but the matt black is fine.

Love the towel warmer. I purchase this towel warmer two years ago had an issue with the heating element well after the warranty ran out and they sent me a new one free of charge. Very quick response from the seller and resolved my issues.

Maybe I’m crazy but this thing looks nice but is far from useful. If I want to warm up a towel, I have to put it on the highest setting and WAIT at least an hour for it to get SEMI warm. I wish I would have gotten one of the warmers in a basket form but this is up on my wall now. Makes a nice looking towel rack though.

It was actually remarkably easier to install than I thought it would be (at least without hardwiring it). The display has on/off, heating temperature, and timer. Overall seems made well.

I was initially excited about this towel warmer because of its sleek, stylish appearance, but I quickly became disappointed with its performance. Even after leaving it on for hours, my towels barely got warm, which was frustrating. The installation process was also a headache - the instructions didn’t match the parts, and it took much longer to set up than expected. After just a few months of use, the unit stopped working entirely. While it looks great in my bathroom, the poor heating performance and quality issues make me regret this purchase. I wouldn’t recommend it.
