I’m so glad I bought this! I’ve never been good at using the combination locks. No more remembering when to turn left or right or combinations of numbers. So easy just to use the thumbprint or my watch or phone. This is very well-made. It is slim and very light but sturdy and locks securely. The one negative would be about it cannot read my thumbprint after I’ve been swimming due to my fingers being wrinkly. However, all I have to do is use the app on my phone or my watch to open it. So not a major issue would definitely recommend this product.

I'm recommending this lock for anyone who thinks it's going to be too hard to use. It's not. It's pretty self-explanatory. It was a little bit tough in the beginning but just do the app and it just runs you right through everything. I love this. It is the most easiest Lock to use

If you're looking for security, this is not the product to buy. Pros: Fingerprint Access: Initially, the fingerprint access was convenient and worked as expected. Compact Design: The padlock is compact and easy to carry, making it ideal for gym lockers and small storage spaces. Cons: Stopped Locking: After 8 months, the lock just stopped functioning. For a security device, this is unacceptable. Weak Security: It might keep honest people honest, but I'm pretty sure I could snap it open with a screwdriver. Not exactly the reassurance one looks for in a lock. No Instructions: The padlock came with no instructions, and it took a little while to figure out that you have to "wake it" before the fingerprint will work. Unreliable: If I had to buy again (oh wait, I have to), I would definitely look at a different product. Verdict: The eLinkSmart Gym Locker Padlock with Fingerprint seemed promising at first, but it failed to deliver in the long run. Its inability to lock after a few months and lack of clear instructions make it a poor choice for anyone needing reliable security. Look elsewhere if you value your peace of mind.

I’ve had this a couple of months and can say it works as advertised. Easy setup and works well with my iPhone and the app. My only complaint is if you close the lock you get a red light for a couple minutes that disables the fingerprint function to open it, so you have to use the app but that works just fine. I wish the fingerprint worked immediately. But over all I’m satisfied with this lock. The battery got down to 50% charge after one month of use.

This lock is perfect for use of multiple people. You can store up to 100 finger prints if needed. The battery life on a single charge will last up to a year. Once the lock is unactive it goes into sleep mode. Very easy to use. Reads the fingerprint with ease. The lock itself is sturdy, however, I would like to suggest to the company that the hook shaft be a little thicker for locker use. Perfect and Ideal for luggage.

Got this little guy for the gym lockers. The instructions were a little difficult so I suggest downloading the app and watching the video. It says to not use the factory mode to open until after you install and link the locker to the app. However it says that halfway through the instructions after telling you how to add fingerprints so it’s a little misleading. Download the app link the lock press and hold you’ll see the blue light remain on this means the lock is ready and then via the app add your fingerprints. I added three. So far so good. I’m happy with the purchase. I also love that the app unlocks the lock for you, that you can add a schedule or users. Pretty cool. Recommend

The locks worked fine until I showered at the gym. I purchased 2 so I could keep my winter coat in a separate locker. After I showered I could not get either lock to open. I programmed 3 separate fingerprints into each lock. My phone was inside one of my lockers. I dried my fingerprints with my towels, paper towels and the hand dryer blowers. After, at least, 15 minutes of panic wearing nothing but a towel, one of the locks finally opened... luckily the one where my phone was and I was able to unlock the other with my phone. Customer service responded that I needed to dry my fingers before trying to open the locks. The completely ignored my message saying I tried every way I could think of to dry my fingertips.

Works pretty good. Opens very smoothly. I use it to secure my wall locker at work

My son just started high school and has moderate intellectual disability. I was worried because he would not be able to use a pad lock. But this works PERFECT for him. And the fact we can add our finger prints in too, just incase is great!

I bought this product for my gym locker, and I couldn’t be happier with it! It’s incredibly convenient to use my fingerprint instead of having to remember a code. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and reliable lock!

Haven't had any issues with the charge yet like in some comments. Have had for about 3 months now without needing additional charge. Using for my mail box which I check a couple times a week. No sign of rust or damage from rain. Have had a few stormy days since buying too. Got another one for my backyard gate
