Can I use this 2”3” paper on the cannon ivy ?

Yes, it would work if you replace the blue card with the one from your Ivy ZINK paper pack. I have tested it.

Is this paper compatible with polaroid zink printer?

The Polaroid zero ink or zink paper worked on my Sproket, just need to use the blue calibration paper first that came with the printer. Should work vice versa. So, if you are using Polaroid printer, use the blue calibration paper from Polaroid and followed by the HP paper. Hope this helps.

It says put the smart sheet face down. Is that the blue card. If it is does it stay on top of the photo paper when you load it in the printer.

The blue sheet is the calibration sheet. It faces down into the printer. Every time you put in a new pack of paper, you will have this blue sheet. When you go to print, the blue sheet does come out first. Then your photos will follow. You do not need to put that sheet back in once it is calibrated.
