This Vitamin B12 It helps support energy production and overall wellness, and I’ve really enjoyed using it. The quality is outstanding, it’s easy to take, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely purchase it again and highly recommend it to others.

I've taken B12 in a few different forms over the years and I personally prefer these softgels over the sublingual tablets. The sublingual versions always felt a little annoying to use and I'd rather just take a softgel and move on with my day. The softgels are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a long time. With 150 softgels you're not constantly having to reorder. I've had good experiences with Nature Made products in general and this one has been no different. The quality seems consistent and I've had no issues with the capsules. Nothing fancy here. If you're already looking for a B12 supplement and prefer softgels over sublingual tablets these are worth considering.

I actually really like these! The softgels are small, which is a HUGE plus for me because I do not like taking giant vitamins that feel like they get stuck in your throat. These are super easy to swallow and I haven’t noticed any weird taste or aftertaste either. I also love that there are 150 in the bottle because that means I’m not constantly having to buy another bottle. Since you only take one a day, this lasts a long time, which makes it worth the price to me. I’ve been trying to be more consistent with taking my vitamins, and these are easy enough to just add into my daily routine without thinking too much about it. I also like that Nature Made is a brand I already recognize and trust more than some random supplement company I’ve never heard of lol. Obviously with vitamins, I’m not expecting to take one and suddenly feel like a brand new woman 😂 but overall I’ve had a good experience with these. Easy to take, good amount for the price, and no complaints from me. I would definitely buy them again.

These work great! There is no taste, they have a great coating on them to make swallowing these much easier. They are super tiny too. A great value for the money & they do seem to help. Working in retail you come across a lot of people & a lot of germs. I used to get a cold often so I added these vitamins & more vitamin c into my routine & I hardly ever get cold now. Very happy & I will keep taking them.
