I have been using this for a while now, but it has worked great and lasts for a while. I have an extremely dry and irritated scalp, but this has moisturized and improved it a lot. I also use a LOT each time, but it still has a decent amount over the few months I had it. My hair looks healthy and feels fairly soft after using this. I recommend it for anyone with dry scalp or skin.

I bought this conditioner to use with the matching Neutrogena shampoo. First impressions are mostly positive, has a light, pleasant scent and applies smoothly without feeling greasy or heavy on the hands. After using it, my hair feels hydrated, soft to the touch, and noticeably smoother and more manageable. It does a good job moisturizing without weighing hair down. One thing I did notice, though (and it might just be me) is that I seemed to lose more hair than usual after using this conditioner. I can't say for sure if it's related, but it stood out enough to mention. Could be an individual reaction. Overall, it's a decent conditioner for the price and does what it promises. Just something to be aware of if you're prone to hair shedding.

Good cream rinse, if you can get it out of the bottle. Perhaps if I lived in a warmer cimate, and took a daily hot shower, I might not struggle with this. But I live in a cold climate, don't shower daily, as I am a senior,...and every time I use this, I squeeze as best I can with my non-arthritis hand, and still can't get anything out of it. I've had this issue with other products and have tried to be careful about what kind of bottle the product is coming in. So, I won't be ordering this anymore. You'd think these companies would simply change the size of the opening. That's too simple huh?

I bought this Neutrogena conditioner because I needed something to put moisture back in my hair when using Neutrogena's scalp treatment shampoo. While it does a pretty good job at that, it is just too difficult to get out of the bottle. Both the shape and the semi-rigid plastic make it nearly impossible to squeeze. And because the conditioner is thick, I have to whack it hard upside down. The last thing I don't like is the addition of dimethicone, a silicone, that I didn't see in the list of ingredients when I ordered -- my bad. I would have rated this higher if it weren't so difficult to dispense. It does moisturize, and it does help detangle.

The shampoo and conditioner have healed my itchy patch the absolutely nothing else has within a matter of washing. I realized it no longer itched and I’m not having dandruff anymore. I am incredibly happy with this product.

PROS: Does conditioner my wirey hair, great scent (like a faint sandalwood.)t BIG CON: POORLY DESIGNED BOTTLE SHAPE! I absolutely hate this bottle this wonderful product comes in ~ what was Neutrogena thinking? The neck of the bottle should be wider for the thick conditioner to come out of, I shouldn't have to pound the bottle on my open palm to hope something comes out. I just take the lid off, or squeeze the bottle, otherwise it's completely pointless. And how is a thick conditioner supposed to easily travel around a bottle shaped like this? How are you supposed to get ALL of the conditioner out once most of the conditioner is gone? NEUTROGENA, BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD ON THIS HORIBLE BOTTLE SHAPE!

Dandruff had my scalp out of whack. Dandruff shampoo helped the flaking short term but ultimately dried out my scalp so much that in the long term the result was even worse flaking. This product balanced everything out perfectly! I’m able to use the clinical strength dandruff shampoo to treat the oiliness and build up without the adverse effect of severe drying. I use this right after I shampoo with a scalp brush to ensure it really gets through the roots of my thick hair. It has resolved my scalp issues, and as an added bonus my hair is softer than ever. It feels healthy again! I have less frizziness and fly aways! Which I find crazy because I’m naturally a very frizzy gal, but even more so when using the dandruff shampoo since it’s very dehydrating and strips my hair of all the “good stuff”. 10/10 I recommend; but I do wish the bottle were easier to squeeze! Not for people with arthritis! Can easily be solved with a hand pump or other device that dispenses conditioner.
