YUM. It lasts a long time at room temp (until it's opened). Just remember to shake it before you pour it in case anything settles to the bottom of the carton. Love the low calorie content and it's not too sweet or overpowering. You can still taste a difference between it and milk though- don't expect it to be a perfect replacement if you use it for cereal, coffee, or tea! I have used it in cooking; it's a little waterier than regular milk so you can use just a little less for the same recipe. I used it in hamburger helper a lot and it didn't affect the flavor in my experience. No clumping and the texture was silky smooth, blends well with most things. Use less if you plan on making a smoothie or something.

If I could marry a common product I use everyday - yep, this would be in the strong running. Ha, you say! I just LOVE my milk. I mean I am a cappuccino addict! I used to be a barista in London. I mean you cannot be more dedicated to it than that, lol. But I need my milk alternatives. I cannot just keep consuming the same potentially high calorie, or weirdly processed stuff all the time. I even go all out and buy the Clover milk ... I digress. But this stuff - amazing. SO tasty. Remember I use it in things, not to just grab a glass of refreshing milk. But for my chia bowls - FAB. My morning daily smoothies #winner. And my foamed milk for my now at home SIP lattes. Superb foaming. SO good. This product is #FTW. Goes quick, which is why I don’t use it for my #BowlofCheerios but it’s such a great product. Cheers!

When my Doc told me to try going totally Dairy Free for health reasons, I was devastated. I am what I call "My Own Barista" and I love my homemade lattes with skim milk. I'd had soy years ago and that was a no go. I tried almond milk, but for me it was worse like water. I tried coconut milk and it was alright, but I found too much bothered my stomach also. Then one day a coworker suggested a local coffee shop that used this product. I loved it and quickly found it here on Amazon for my home use. I have actually dropped any sweetening/flavoring and now just drink plain lattes. It steams very well and even though I'm not a latte art expert, I can get a good foam if I try. This has the closest taste, texture and just plain mouth feel for me as the skim milk I was used to. I will never go back and from what I've seen around town, Amazon has the best price for this product.

The barista macadamia nut milk is soooo good. It adds a nice creamy flavor to my lattes. My only complaint is that it does not get thick enough when you try to make it into a cold foam - which is to be expected from a plant based milk - and it stays pretty much the same liquidy texture preventing it from sitting on top of the espresso.

This stuff is so good. Even on its own. We love it in hot chocolate!! It is amazing!! Definitely get this one and not the red box, the unsweetened vanilla one. That one tastes like they took this one and split it half and half with water it's horrible!! This one, the blue box one is delicious and I've already bought 2 boxes of it. My kids can't get enough of it. About to buy two more boxes. Stuff is so good! 🤤🤤🤤🥰🥰

I love the taste and consistency of this milk. It's taste smooth in the espresso. Been buying for a year. The box was crushed when it was delivered. But the packaging of the milk carton was intact. No need to send back.

The drink is so good. I love it. The issue was with shipping via usps. Half the 6 pack came busted and leaking. I was issued a refund, but If someone drinks that , they could get very ill. Check your cartons thoroughly! I really like the product!

I hesitate writing a great review for something I don't want to go up in price but I don't want to see this go away either. Can't understand anyone that needs a milk substitute and doesn't see this one as the best alternative. Rice milk is good too for me and my wife with coconut coming right after that, but almond, soy, hemp all have a taste that takes away from the coffee and other uses. This macadamia milk goes way beyond them all in the taste similarities. But we don't froth nor worry about slight differences. It's all about the taste and this is amazing with our mochas and lattes.

I read some reviews that people only got one milk and I thought I’d take the risk! Absolutely thrilled to have received all 6. September 2025 expiration date.

Says it's a 6 pack and you only get one. The milk is good but certainly not worth THAT price! :(

For this price I would expect the product to also be organic. Bought it to try and as a treat. It does taste wonderful in lattes and coffees though!
