170cmほどの男性です。 端の部分を持って振り回す形でトレーニングに使っていますが棒の部分は持ちやすく滑りにくいため、すっぽ抜けることはありません。 棒の部分に最初から裂け目みたいなものはありましたが使用上は問題ないため普通に使用しています。 使用し始めてまだ一ヶ月ほどですが購入前とほぼ変わらず今のところ耐久性は問題ありません。

iba a comprar esta barra en USA pero vi que la tenían disponible en amazon mexico. la pedí en línea y resulto espectacular para hacer sentadillas normales, jacks squats, sumo squat, cursty squats, good mornings y lunges. Muy recomendable para exigirte más sin exagerar, son solo 13.6 kg la de 30 libras.
