The sheets have an odor. Maybe it is natural, but I was sensitive to it. It dissipated a lot after one washing, but I still could not put the pillow next to my nose without a problem. I sleep with 2 pillows so I put the case on the lower pillow and it was fine. I think it will be okay after another washing or two. Because I have this asthma sensitivity, I try to buy sheets in a store where I can check if I am allergic to them. Target discontinued their Threshold organic sheets which had no odor, and king is hard to find where I live. The Target sheets are probably not socially responsible since they cost less then one third of what these cost. I took off the other star because these sheets lost their silky beauty after they were washed. I have new front-loading Samsungs, used cold and low and wrinkle prevent. Also just used a very small amount of Country Save powder to wash. I won't order them again, but I will keep them. The weight is perfect. I don't have time to iron away the wrinkles, but they are not really visible under the duvet and shams.

The king sheets fit great. After first washing the material feels a bit rough on the skin. Hopefully they will soften up with more washings. Followed washing and drying instructions but sheets and pillow cases still came out very wrinkled. Never had to iron king sheets before and not going to start now!

They look nice. Pretty color. I am glad they are organic. When laundered, they really come out of the dryer wrinkled.

This are soft and comfortable though a bit slick. The manufacturer suggests washing in cold water, which I prefer not to do with sheets as I like the better oil cleaning and more sanitary results of hot water.

They are OK. I'm not a fabric coniseur I suppose.

For starters, let me say that my choice to get these sheets had nothing to do with their organic/sustainable/green/etc. incentives. These are a nice bonus but were not a factor in my selection.I am pretty thrilled with them so far. They are the most breathable sheets I think I've ever slept on -- they should be amazing for the summer (which I haven't gotten to experience yet here in Boston). Very soft, very comfortable, and white as can be.They are a bit wrinkly, which I don't particularly care about. They have provided me with some care instructions, and it's entirely possible that if I follow some steps I will get rid of those wrinkles, but I have no idea.Assuming these hold up well (and I will update this review if they do not), and you're willing to spend the money, these are probably the sheets you want.

Unfortunately these sheets shrunk so much they are unusable. If you buy them, beware. If you wash them and the water is even remotely warm...they will shrink a huge amount. I'm so bummed because they are super expensive. I'm not sure if I'm able to return them as I threw away the packaging and washed them already....am hoping the seller will advise...

I recently purchased these sheets and after sleeping in them and washing them a few times I am quite happy. I washed them once with my organic soap nuts and another time with my toxic-free liquid detergent. They are soft and warm - but not too warm - I get hot easily but these work great and have proven durable thus far. Its an important bonus to know that these sheets are not only of organic cotton but derived from fair trade practices - making a positive social impact in addition to alleviating impact on the environment. I am happy to vouch for these bed sheets and hope the company will consider expansion into additional bedding goods like pillows and comforter covers.
