Replaced the stock prop on my Garmin with this prop. This prop is more cost effective and is far more durable than the stock Garmin prop!

The product details says the material makeup is stainless steel but it is a misprint. It is plastic. I am still giving it a five star because i knew it was going to be plastic. I just wanted to point it out in case someone was looking to a stainless steel one. This is not it. Fits and works just like to original one!

Bought for a spare. Came with hardware at a reasonable price.

Note: I installed this on a 45lb thrust Minnkota Edge. Pros: This thing is night and day difference above the factory prop in weeds and grass. Cuts right through even when not at full power. Cons: Initial fit is snug over the motor housing (it will slide over the motor housing rather than butt up against it) Will either need to sand down the paint on motor housing, or install the prop and run it to let it wear in. I went that route, and it worked fine, but beware it will be quite loud until it wears in. Either the size and weight of this prop, or the difference in blade design results in significantly less power than the original prop.

Speed prop I installed on my Minn Kota 70 lb. motor. Easy installation - noticeable faster than weed prop.
