I bought this theater love seat for my basement entertainment center. It is near perfect.The chair came in 3 boxes, making it manageable, if heavy. Once unboxed, it took about 20 minutes to assemble the chair. Instructions are readable. Tools are included, but it's easier if you use a better quality allen wrench from your own tool kit.Once assembled, I found it to be a very comfortable chair. The reclining position is nearly perfect; a small pillow behind my neck makes it perfect. Additionally, it has both a heating and a reclining feature; both are quite pleasant.Quality appears to be quite good. As with any recliner, I'd advise to not put unnecessary weight on the foot rests or arms. In other words, don't sit on them; they're not made for that. Other than that, I have no qualms about the overall quality.The price could be a little bit lower, and I might have saved $100 or so if I'd shopped the local furniture stores. But given the overall comfort and the features of this chair, I'm okay with it.

This love seat is great! So comfortable. The heated lumbar works better than I thought it would. A lot of times when you get these it does not heat up as much to help your back. This one gets really hot and already helped my back out. The massage areas work great.Definitely recommend ☺️

My friend & I put both recliners together with following the instructions. They look & feel fabulous and both heat & massage work well too. Priced not too bad when you get both recliners together with power, heat, and massage. Awesome purchase! They came FedEx & packed well.

My base came and it didn’t function. Told them it was the base, they sent me a remote. I had to ask again to get a new base and finally received the new base and it all finally functions!

My husband purchased this a year ago and loved it. Recently the power cords developed a problem and the reclining portion of the seat stopped working. I contacted the company and despite the East, West coast time difference they were exceptionally quick to respond. They had me send pictures to ensure they sent the correct cords and in a week I am back in business. I wish all companies responded this way. I definitely would buy from them again. Thank you so much. Now, back to reclining!

I purchased this loveseat April 2023 and it was delivered and put to use May 2023. The "massage" function is simply a very loud vibration and the heat is barely noticeable. By Nov 2023, the controller for the left seat had stopped working completely (yes, I checked connections) and the backrest began leaning away from the rest of the loveseat (it is the least used side). I've already replaced the stuffing in the footrest as it broke down within months and my feet were resting on just the leather-covered frame. As a petite female with small dogs, I really expected this piece to last longer than a few months.

Still in love with my recliner comfortable very supported on my back 1000% happy with my purchase.😍😍😍I wasn’t worried about ordering this from amazon because they will stand behind what ever. But we were pleasantly surprised at the size, the comfort in the value for your money, most of all the quality of the item. this is just what I wanted and it is very comfortable and dog approved, being dog approved is a big plus!We’re very happy with our purchase
