Sprout Living Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder, Cold-Pressed, 20g

I’ve been incorporating the pumpkin seed protein by Sprout Living into my morning routine, and it’s been a great addition. I usually blend it with my fave green smoothie which is avocado, banana, and spinach, and it comes out smooth, creamy, and surprisingly satisfying. It keeps me full for hours without feeling heavy. Each scoop provides 20g of plant-based protein, which is impressive for such a clean, simple ingredient source. I also appreciate that it fits well into my lifestyle since it’s both Keto and Paleo friendly, and USDA Certified. Overall, it’s a reliable, nourishing option if you’re looking for a plant-based protein that blends well and supports a balanced start to the day.

Great product! 🌱 I love that it has just one ingredient and is a simple, healthy addition to my routine. It’s perfect for adding to my smoothies and works well with my dietary restrictions. A great way to add pumpkin seed goodness without a bunch of extra ingredients!

This tastes great! My skin can’t handle whey protein and tried so many other vegan options from pea to soy. Many tasted chalky, artificially sweetened, or had lots of fillers and heavy metals. This one mixes well and tastes great with nothing extra added. I don’t like artificial sweeteners and this one doesn’t have it. First time I got it, I blended cold coffee, half a banana, chia seeds, and this protein and it was so good I drank all it in a few seconds. In the past, other protein powders I’d struggle to drink fully. This pumpkin seed protein was recommended by my dietitian and I look forward to drinking it daily.

This is a well made healthy product. Be aware it does NOT taste like pumpkin from the can. It’s ground seed. Packed with good st

Wow! I love the pumpkin seed unflavored powder. It’s basically like a pure pumpkin seed butter (think peanut butter, almond butter, etc) but DRIED! Pure protein, no whey or other fillers, fake flavors or colors, no sugar or oil. A single ingredient, vs the 20 that are in the old protein powders i used to use. Plus pumpkin seed has an amazingly high magnesium content, which is great for daily recovery. I don’t know what it would be like in only water. I consume it exclusively two ways: - 1 scoop with fresh fruit (1 halo orange, 4 strawberries, or something else comparable) and almond milk (or water if I’m out, it’s just for wetness). This is like a small sipper. Has smoothie thickness but not super cold and doesn’t make a lot. I do this when I already have a healthy breakfast planned but need a calorie/protein/fruit boost. OR - 2 scoops with a halo, fresh berries, greek yogurt, and frozen mango or frozen berries, plus any water or almond milk needed to keep the smoothie moving in the blender. This makes a big, filling, frosty cold, almost milkshakey consistency. I do this when it’s basically the meal, and I may add on something smaller to help me meet my macros (fruit, egg, toasts, etc). Either combo feels great for breakfast after my morning workout and it keeps me full until lunch. It’s definitely helping me meet my goals. It might be a little pricey, but you’re buying pure whole single ingredient. I actually wish it came in a larger bag. My husband and I go through a bag in 2-3 weeks. I’d love a larger size so I can buy less frequently.

Best protein powder I’ve ever tried! Blends well, tastes great and doesn’t upset my stomach.

I add it to my homemade fruit juices and it is delicious! The texture is so smooth and it kept me satisfied as a meal replacement. Will be making this a sample in your routine.

It has a pleasant taste. It doesn’t cause me to have any stomach issues, no cramping or bloating. The negative: it does not dissolve well. I tried water, oat milk and almond milk at a variety of temperatures, it still remains clumpy and collects at the bottom of the glass/mug.

Sprout Living Pumpkin Seed Protein has been a life saver, as a veggie. I blend scoops with coconut water and add supplements such as CBD powder and drink; delicious.

Good quality and it’s delicious, I can tell the difference in my hunger since I’ve been taking it.

Nice protein powder, very subtle taste. It'd be good to know its full mineral profile, if the sellers would like to publish that information on the product page. I make it into a smoothie: 1 cup blueberries 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds 2-3 tbsp kefir 3 scoops of pumpkin seed protein (scoop included in bag, around 45g) 3 tsp desiccated coconut water or milk of any kind to cover Update: Pity they discontinued direct sale in the UK! Now it's too expensive to buy from distributors
