I was beginning to have ankle pain while running. Oddly enough, around the 4 mile mark. I love to run so I hated the idea of having to stop. This helped so much! I could run further with little discomfort. And I could hardly tell I was wearing it. I have had others that would dig into my foot and cause a totally different pain. plan on getting more to trade out The only issue I had was the smell, you have to let them air dry for days, the smell is like new rubber (tire rubber).

Smell very strong. Very tight in the foot, very loose in the ankle. Not good!

THE SLEEVES ARE GREAT. I HAVE A METAL ROD FROM KNEE TO ANKLE, THE SLEEVE KEEPS THE PULL OFF THE ANKLE WHENI HANG UPSIDE DOWN ON MY INVERSION TABLE.

These are comfortable to wear. If your feet are sweaty I recommend putting them on over socks because of the neoprene material. They are terrific for arthritic ankles like I have. They help when my ankles get really sore and I just need the pressure to relieve the pain.I received these in exchange for a fair and honest review.
