I have built and used a couple of lower end machines and although this was the more expensive of them, it was certainly worth the extra money. Cant say I have used the full range of offerings but the up hill elevator works well and the resistance wheel copes well also. I found the the heart pulse detector very responsive. The USB charging port is a nice touch, as is the tablet holder, positioned on top of the control panel. A real pleasure to easily watch and listen to what I want whilst in my home environment during workouts. ### ⭐ Major part doesn’t fit *by M***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 May 2019* I have received this product in a poor condition, major part doesn’t fit. The upper arm doesn’t fit on to the upper leg. Also poor fitting screws on both ends of the pivot they won't tighten. Fitness first has just passed me over to proform, obviously do not think it is their responsibility. I have just looked this proform company up and has a very poor customer service history with customers complaining about faulty equipment and not getting a adequate response.
