I want to start by saying that I put this inside an office building and NOT outside. I saw that this particular box rusts easily outside, so I do not want this review used for someone who is planning to use the drop box outside in the weather. First off, when unboxing this product, I was blown away that this product came with not just the screws required for the job, but a 4mm drill bit AND a Drive Bit. Our handy man was even thoroughly impressed that all he needed to bring with him was JUST a drill to help me mount it. I think installation took all of 3 minutes from start to finish. Amazing packaging. Seems pretty sturdy and should do what I need it to do. I thought this mailbox was pretty expensive when first looking at my different options but am honestly very happy that I went with this one especially since all of the required tools were all included. Hopes this helps someone.

I just installed mail box this weekend. We wanted something that was a little more modern looking on our home with good security since we live in an area with a lot of foot traffic and have had suspicious people around before. The quality of the mailbox is sturdy that's for sure. The slot for mail is nice and opens wide enough for letters/mailers or what have you. I do wish the finish of the box wasn't the "hammered paint" style and wish it was flat black, but oh well, for this price I can't complain too much. Install is straightforward. We have a stucco home and I drilled the holes using the provided template and the provided drill bit (which was nice of them to provide). The template holes matched up perfectly. However, the provided screw anchors I believe don't work well. When I mounted the mailbox to the wall, the screws didn't tighten up in the wall anchors and just continued to spin. I'll have to pull out the anchors now and try some different ones. Just more annoying than anything. I did notice however that it is easy to reach in through the mail slot and grab any envelopes or mail that might be tall enough to reach. The slot is good sized and you can get in there. Also, you can reach your fingers enough to reach the latch from the inside too. I haven't tried to "break" the latch free because I didn't want to force/pry it, but I wouldn't doubt that it could be done with some force and then the door could be opened on the front and anything inside could be stolen. Overall though, nice product for the looks (that's primarily what we bought it for). If you are looking for the utmost security however, I'd look elsewhere.

This is a very secure mail box and was easy to attach to the house. I also like it that it does have a special kind of key to open it that is not easily replicated. The only caution I have is that, if you use your mailbox to send mail to someone it does not have that capability, so make sure you don't need that. Otherwise I highly recommend this mailbox over many others that are not as secure.

Sturdy box used for after hours key drop and firewood honor payment box. The only issue was attaching the handle to the drop slot door. The door does not open far enough to get the proper angle to fully insert a screwdriver to fasten the handle securely. Had to use a needle nose pliers to tighten them, but it worked...

Mailbox is deceiving and smaller than it appears inside. Hard to install… really needs a flat surface. Hopefully, it will last because screws came assummed install on flat surface. Looks clean and tidy. Bought reflective stickers to go on front for address and the fit nicely.
