I use this for sourdough discard crackers, because they were out of stock on the square cracker roller. It works great ✅. I had to learn to keep my lines in line lol, but this little thing works great perforating and scoring the thin barely baked batter for the crackers. Makes the cracker process much simpler:) recommended.

I like this as a healthy cracker cutter. Really great, quick way to stay away from those boxed crackers with added ingredients, and bad oils. Turned out great. I have made 6 batches of parmesan and herb, crackers. Yum!

I make a lot of sourdough discard crackers, and this tool has been invaluable. No regrets about buying it. However, I really wish it were better made. If you apply just a little pressure when you are rolling, the roller snaps off the handle. Also the dough tends to get wedged and stuck between the teeth so that it gets rolled up as you are pushing.

This cracker cutter is simply perfect!! Cutting crackers does not take long, but scoring them is another story. This roller cuts and scores at once! My absolute favorite kitchen tool!!

This is just “okay”. Doesn’t cut through the dough as hoped, but it does give a nice triangle. Does not place the little punctures.

So easy to use! It makes making crackers a breeze! I absolutely love it. It perforates so you get nice uniform crackers in the end.

I could see this tool working on a soft dough but not so for cracker dough. When I used requisite pressure, the roller popped out of the handle again and again. Returned. Disappointed.

I tried making sourdough cracker without this tool. With this tool my crackers were beautiful. We eat with our eyes first...

This little product work perfectly. The wheels turn easily and make a nice triangle.

I am not happy with this roller. It is very flimsy. The instruction says 'apply pressure when rolling', but the result is the roller falling apart with little impact to the thin dough. It is completely useless if used on the seed crackers. Feels more like a toy than a cooking accessory. Don't buy
