works great, and you get a huge roll in a sturdy box that cuts sheets cleanly
This parchment paper is a good step up in quality compared to what you find at the grocery store. It is not the super heavy weight paper that is commercially available, but it is a heavier paper than what the lesser brands use. Just right.I bake bread in an iron Dutch oven at up to 475 degrees, and this will destroy other lesser papers. This paper does brown up in that kind of heat, but it holds together and the bread doesn't stick.I like that I get a great big roll in a box that tear cuts the paper cleanly. Most of my flat baking is done on a flat baking sheet which this paper is properly sized for. I only rarely use a rimmed sheet, and when I do I just fold the edge of the paper over to fit. So other "professional" reviews that ding this product for not fitting the smaller rimmed pans ... I don't care about that. What I want is quality parchment paper, on a big roll that will last me a long time. Pre-cut sheets are a waste IMHO, charging extra for this feature. Also, I bake soft pretzels sometimes. These are made the real way, dipped in corrosive lye water. This will kill most other parchment papers and leave you with pretzels with paper bits stuck to the bottoms. Other than the unbleached parchment from King Arthur, this is the only paper I've found that holds up.

Great parchment paper!
I had never used this brand before and never one that wasnāt white in color but itās great! This one is a light tan color. More natural I guess than a bleached paper. It works for everything Iāve used it for like baking things in the oven for easier clean up and also to roll out my biscuits so I donāt have to scrape up dough off the counter top. Thereās no metal strip to cut it but instead has a very sturdy edge that works as well as the metal. Less hazard for me! I just crease it over the edge & it tears nicely. There seems to be less ācurlā to it than other brands Iāve used before, too. I will definitely buy this again when I run low. That might be a while, since itās a huge roll! šIt also works great as a pattern paper for quilters. That was my first introduction to parchment paper, since my Mom never used it. Now I seem to use it almost daily for something.

Best! Even stands up to resin. Saves me so much cleanup!
This is a ton of paper. It makes for lovely baking. My merengues alwasys come out perfect witb this but I have been pouring wedding favors for my sons wedding. This is great to throw over filled molds. And covering the counter and floor. The silicone workspace pads are expensive and small and have to be cleaned. If you have half cured resin on reusable worktop it can be a pain to clean. Not this, ball up the mess and throw it awy. It releases cleanly from.hardened silicone to if im doing a wet coat. The roll is huge when I got it I thought Id never use it all. But I keep finding new uses im sure i'll buy again. I'd love a non logo'd option to be able to use as a creative element in some of my work.

Live your best non-stock life
We have recently discovered the wonder that is parchment in our home. My Husband originally brought this wonderful product into our home for baking, since then it has been our go-to product for anti-stick baking/roasting. I always hated non-stock sprays as they leave gunk on pans and who knows what propellant youāre ingesting. Then thereās foil...which really isnāt meant to be baked on. Enter parchment. Itās wonderful! Nothing sticks, everything comes out wonderfully browned and crispy. This parchment is a great value vs grocery store parchment. I also love that is not bleached. It does have a logo, that does not bother me, the logo is tasteful and classy. The reinforced ācuttingā (ripping) edge doesnāt really work, but thatās okay too; use scissors. This stuff is really great, not sure why parchment kind of fell out of vogue.

Does the job
Nice big roll for a person who uses a lot of this for keeping the pans clean while baking. It does what parchment paper is supposed to do though it does wrinkle a little easier than I like, must be a little thinner than other brands. But it's a good price and I have been able to use it for all my parchment paper needs. ONLY ONE thing to complain about and that is there is no blade on the box so I have to keep a scissor in the drawer to use to cut it. Not a huge deal and probably better for waste purposes, but it was a surprise to not have that included.

good parchment, bad box
The parchment itself is good, it browns my cookies just right. The box isn't very user friendly, there's no metal strip so you have to use the cardboard itself to cut the paper...if you don't know how to use your hands it may be difficult. Also, since the package is so big, even if you aren't clumsy it'll still break down before you're done with it.After my box started to break down, I would hold one end and press it against my stomach, the other end pressed with a hand (so it sticks out in front of you) and hold the box in place firmly while ripping a piece off. It's still box shaped enough for storage without me worrying about it being loose in my drawer. I supposed I like that the entire box is recyclable as is, and if I did this trick to rip the paper it probably would still be a whole box)Oh, it also doesn't fit in my drawer I put all the other wraps in, it's too tall, so it had to go in my taller drawer with my stand mixer whisks etc..so it gets more beat up in there than it would in the other..

Dispenser fix
I use quite a lot of parchment paper in my home bakery and purchased this brand because it was well-rated and more economical than the brand I was buying at the supermarket. After I opened the package, I took one of the optional slide cutters that came with my heavy duty plastic wrap and put it on the parchment paper box. It works beautifully. No jagged edges or torn up paper from trying to tear it along the cardboard edge. I did need to cut it a bit shorter and put a piece of tape on the edge to replace the piece that stops the slider from coming off.
