Best melatonin for my kids. It works and they love the taste

It tastes good, but it works better. Best melatonin we have ever purchased, and we’ve tried quite a few different products. There’s a lot in the bottle so it’s worth the buy.

I've been taking melatonin off and on for years, often wondering why I bother because I questioned that it made a difference in my sleep. I finally decided to try one more time, this time with liquid melatonin by Solgar. And it definitely WORKS. I go to sleep faster and sleep better! Most of all I can tell a big difference when I forget to take it.I'm on my second bottle and am a happy sleeper!

Need a little help falling asleep sometimes.Guess it happened as we age,ha! I don’t take it every night just once in awhile I like the liquid form not a bad flavor either

Don't bother with drugs go with melatonin!!You'll be relaxed and sleep well.

Product is free of most allergens and tastes great. Liquid is a little thick, but I let it sit under my tongue for a few seconds before swallowing. Definitely helps my sleep quality, but I take a little less than the recommended amount to avoid feeling groggy in the morning.

This liquid version is way more expensive than the pills and honestly I see no difference. Stick with the pills. This was a total waste of money and the dispenser tip is crap.
